CASE IH STEIGER / QUADTRAC mode for the 2019 agricultural simulator

Change log:
– 3D belts have been added
– A realistic track rotation was added to follow the contour of the terrain
– Add wheel configurations for rear weights only
– Increased distance of additional lighting
– Reduced lights and added shadow maps to some lights
– Interior room mounted on the seat suspension
– Added 3-point front mounting option (disables blade attachment)
– Decals improved by SpaceCossaX for 20 years
– Modified windows with light shades
– White option removed
– Other small changes
